We Search for Rental Properties
We look for available rental properties that match your criteria and budget. Your options will depend on current listings, your preferred locations, and when you plan to move. We'll help you focus on properties that suit your needs so you can spend less time looking at unsuitable options.

View Rental Properties
When you find a property you're interested in, we'll help arrange a viewing. This gives you a chance to see the property, assess its location and features, and decide whether you'd like to apply.

Get Help With Your Application and Lease
When you're ready to apply, we'll guide you through the application process and explain which documents you may need. These may include proof of employment, income documents, and a credit report. The landlord makes the final decision on your application.
If your application is accepted, we'll guide you through the next steps, including reviewing the lease terms and preparing for move-in.
