We work with renters who are prepared to apply for a rental property. Landlords commonly ask for photo ID, proof of employment and income, credit information, and references. Your income, credit history, move-in date and other circumstances can affect which properties are suitable for you. We'll discuss your needs and help you understand the next steps.

We recommend starting your search about one to two months before your planned move-in date. Many landlords prefer to rent a property closer to its available date, so searching too early may limit the options available to you.
